Licence to Drone: Your Flying Records
Licence to Drone is a private area of your account for organising flying documents and dates. It helps you keep track of records across aircraft without claiming to verify them.
Keep distinct records for each aircraft
File credentials, insurance and care plans in your private profile. If you insure several drones separately, each policy retains its own drone, provider, reference and expiry rather than being merged into one insurer entry.
Scan, review and correct
Add details yourself or use document scanning to transcribe fields. Review every extracted value before explicitly saving, and edit it later if the document or the scan was wrong. Uploaded documents are account records, not public FlySpots content.
Keep an eye on recorded dates
Expiry and reminder views reflect dates you entered, including when a record is explicitly non-expiring or its expiry is unknown. A care-plan date does not establish coverage or extension eligibility; check terms with the provider.
Access and limitations
Your documents and credentials stay behind account access and the profile subscription gate. This public description does not display any private records.
